Ravi Batra is the Founder and Managing Director of RBS Projects Management Consultancy, bringing over 19 years of hands-on experience across Building Construction in Middle East and India. He has worked with Tier 1 contractors and leading developers on projects spanning luxury Residential, Hospital and Various Industrial Projects.
His expertise spans in Project Management, specializing in Project Controls, Master Planning Monitoring and Claims management and overseeing Developments from Initiation to Handover and engagement of Facility Management. He has since held critical leadership roles including Project Planner, Project Controller, and Head of Planning equipping him with a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of project delivery
Throughout his career, Ravi has worked with leading clients like Emaar Properties, Wasl Development, DP World, Dubai Properties and Al Ghurair. His expertise ensures strategic project execution, efficiency, and quality delivery.
